Designers who join your Slack, learn your brand and ship every day — product screens, websites, ad creatives and brand assets, with an art director reviewing the work. You own every file. You interview, you choose.
Eight years of designing products, brands and campaigns for startups, agencies and growing businesses across the US and Europe.
Developers wait on screens, campaigns wait on creatives, launches wait on the brand. Here is what changes when a dedicated designer is part of your team.
The usual options
With a dedicated designer
Work happens in your Figma, Drive and brand folders. Source files, fonts and exports are yours from day one, not handed over at the end.
Every designer starts from your guidelines — or builds them with you — so new work strengthens the brand instead of drifting from it.
A senior art director reviews the work every week, so quality holds even when the pace is high.
Add a motion designer for a launch or a second UI designer for a sprint, then scale back. Monthly, with no headcount on your books.
Hire dedicated designers with zero overhead — flat monthly rates, no per-request fees, no agency queue. Every role below is on the bench now.
Research-led product screens, flows and prototypes that users understand on the first try and developers can build without guessing.
Marketing sites and landing pages designed to convert — responsive from the first frame and ready for Webflow, WordPress or your developers.
Logos, typography, colour and the guidelines that keep a brand consistent long after launch day.
Social posts, pitch decks, print and the everyday marketing assets your calendar needs, produced at the pace it needs them.
Static and animated ads built for testing — several hooks, every size and fresh variants before the last set wears out.
Reels, explainers, product demos and animated ads, edited for the first three seconds rather than the last.
Components, tokens and documentation that let a product team ship faster and stay consistent as it grows.
AI-generated visuals, concept art and video produced in days instead of weeks, with a designer deciding what is on brand.
Three shapes, all monthly, none of them priced per request. Pick the one that fits your workload today and change it as it grows.
A designer
Best for A steady flow of design work in one or two areas
One designer working only on your brand — in your Slack and your Figma, shipping every day and reviewed weekly by an art director. The easiest way to start, and to add to later.
2 designers · an art director
Best for Product UI and marketing creative running in parallel
A UI designer and a brand or graphic designer sharing one design system, with an art director making sure your product and your marketing look like the same company.
2 designers · a motion designer · an art director · a project manager
Best for Owning design end to end, from brand to product
UI, brand and motion designers with an art director and a project manager, working as your in-house studio. You set the priorities; the team handles everything from brief to final file.
Any shape, on your terms
Part-time
Around 20 hours a week — for steady social, web or product updates.
Full-time
40 hours a week on your work. The default for any shape.
Project-based
A rebrand, a new website or a product launch with a defined end.
Long-term
A designer who knows your brand for years, not projects.
Overflow
Extra hands for your in-house designers when launches pile up.
Every model is a flat monthly rate — no per-request fees and no surprise invoices. Scale up, scale down or stop with notice.
Four steps. You make two decisions — who to talk to and who to hire — and we handle everything in between.
A thirty-minute call on your product, your brand and the work piling up. Bring your Figma, your website or just the problem.
Two or three vetted designers whose portfolios match your style and tools. You interview them — we never assign anyone you have not met.
Brand files, Figma and tool access set up, guidelines reviewed and the first briefs queued. Your designer is in your Slack.
First designs land in the first week. Daily progress, a weekly art director review and files handed off ready to use. Add a designer any month.
Two decisions on your side. Everything between them is ours.
Product interfaces, websites, brand identities and AI creative — a sample from the portfolio.

A playful wordmark brought to life with motion, built to work everywhere from app icon to billboard.

Cinematic food campaign visuals produced with AI and finished by a designer.
Hand-picked professionals with years of industry experience. Interview any of them before you decide.
“Love how clean the dashboard looks — it's exactly what I wanted. The UI is super minimal and fast. They really got our vision from day one.”
“Honestly obsessed with the new branding and logo they did. It just fits our vibe perfectly, and the team was so chill to work with. 10/10.”
“The AI design visuals they created blew us away. Every concept was unique and on brand — it felt like they really understood our aesthetic from the very first call.”
The things teams ask us most before booking a call.
Product UI/UX, websites and landing pages, brand identity, social and marketing graphics, ad creatives, motion and video, design systems and AI-generated visuals. Most designers are strongest in one or two of these; we match you on the work you actually have.
You do, from day one. Your designer works in your Figma, Drive and brand folders, so source files, fonts, exports and assets stay with you if we ever part ways.
A subscription puts your requests in a shared queue worked on by whoever is free. Here you interview and choose one designer who works only on your brand, in your hours, and learns your product and audience over time.
Figma for product and web, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign for brand and print, Premiere Pro and After Effects for video and motion, and current AI tools for image and video generation. If your team uses something else, we match you with someone who knows it.
Always. If you have guidelines, your designer starts there. If you do not, they can build a simple brand kit in the first weeks so everything that follows stays consistent.
There is no revision count. Your designer works for you full-time, so feedback and iterations are part of the normal day rather than a billable extra.
Yes. Designers hand off dev-ready Figma files with components, specs and assets, and join your sprint rituals if you want them to. If you need build capacity too, add a developer from the same bench.
Most engagements start within a week: a shortlist with portfolios in two or three days, you interview, and onboarding — tool access, brand review, first briefs — takes about 48 hours.
Always. You review portfolios and interview every designer before they start, exactly as you would an in-house hire. We never assign someone you have not met.
Tell us. We replace them at our cost, and the art director carries your brand context across so you do not start from zero.
One month. After that it is rolling — scale up, scale down or stop with notice. No annual lock-in.
Thirty minutes, straight answers, and a recommended designer profile and team shape — whether or not you work with us.
